Section 6-6-522 Trustee - Appointment. If the allegations of the complaint are admitted, either
expressly or by failure to answer thereto, or it is established by proof that the allegations
of the complaint are true and that such person is wasting his estate, or is for the cause
alleged unfit for its management, so that such person will probably be reduced to want, the
circuit court judge must deprive him of all further control over it and provide for its safekeeping
by the appointment of a trustee, who shall give bond in double the value of the estate committed

Section 19-3B-103 Definitions. In this chapter: (1) ACTION, with respect to an act of a trustee,
includes a failure to act. (2) ASCERTAINABLE STANDARD means a standard relating to an individual's
health, education, support, or maintenance within the meaning of Section 2041(b)(1)(A) or
2514(c)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as in effect on January 1, 2007, or as later
