may be used when appropriate in forcible entry and unlawful detainer proceedings; but they

Section 6-8-62 Timing and duration of publication; Internet publication. (a) When the notice
is required to be given for a specified number of weeks, it must be given by consecutive weekly
insertions for the number of weeks so specified. When the notice is of a proceeding to be

Section 20-2-190 Penalties; sale of ephedrine, etc.; Alabama Drug Abuse Task Force. (a) Any
person who manufactures, sells, transfers, receives, or possesses a listed precursor chemical
violates this article if the person: (1) Knowingly fails to comply with the reporting requirements

felony offense commenced by complaint, the defendant may give written notice three days after
his or her arrest to a judge of the district or circuit court of the county having jurisdiction
