Section 13A-10-200 Possession, distribution, etc., of destructive device or weapon intended to cause injury or destruction. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to possess, transport, or receive or attempt to possess, transport, or receive a destructive device, explosive, or bacteriological or biological weapon with the knowledge or intent that it shall be used to kill or injure an individual or to destroy a public building. A person convicted of a violation of this subsection shall be guilty of a Class A felony. Section 35-9-12 Seizure of crops upon abandonment of premises. When a tenant abandons or removes from the premises or any part thereof, the landlord or his agent or attorney may seize upon any grain or other crops grown or growing upon the premises or part thereof so abandoned, whether the rent is due or not.
