Section 7-9A-102 Definitions and index of definitions. (a) Article 9A definitions. In this article: (1) "Accession" means goods that are physically united with other goods in such a manner that the identity of the original goods is not lost. Section 25-4-78 Disqualifications for benefits. An individual shall be disqualified for total or partial unemployment for any of the following: (1) LABOR DISPUTE IN PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT. For any week in which an individual's total or partial unemployment is directly due to a labor dispute still in active progress in the establishment in which he or she is or was last employed. (a) A licensee shall maintain a surety bond, letter of credit, or other similar security in an amount, determined by rule or order of the commission, sufficient to secure faithful performance of the obligations of the licensee with respect to money transmission in Alabama. (b) Security must be in a form satisfactory to the commission and payable to the commission for the benefit of any claimant against the licensee. Section 6-6-45 Execution of bond by plaintiff; discharge of levy. Such officer must, when the attachment is sued out otherwise than upon the ground that the defendant is a nonresident, further require the plaintiff, his agent, or attorney to execute a bond in double the amount claimed, with sufficient surety, payable to the defendant, with the condition that the plaintiff will prosecute the attachment to effect and pay the defendant all such damages as he may sustain by the wrongful or vexatious suing out of such attachment.
