Section 20-2-93 Forfeitures; seizures. (a) The following are subject to forfeiture: (1) All
controlled substances which have been grown, manufactured, distributed, dispensed, or acquired
in violation of any law of this state; (2) All raw materials, products, and equipment of any
kind which are used or intended for use in manufacturing, cultivating, growing, compounding,
processing, delivering, importing, or exporting any controlled substance in violation of any
law of this state; (3) All property which is used or intended for use as a container for property
described in subdivision (1) or (2) of this subsection; (4) All moneys, negotiable instruments,

district attorney. However, an offender deemed by the district attorney to be a threat to
the safety or well-being of the community shall not be eligible for the program. Further,

Section 6-2-30 Commencement of actions - Generally; actions for injuries resulting from exposure
to asbestos. (a) All civil actions must be commenced after the cause of action has accrued
within the period prescribed in this article and not afterwards, unless otherwise specifically
provided for in this code. (b) A civil action for any injury to the person or rights
of another resulting from exposure to asbestos, including asbestos-containing products, shall

Section 6-5-754 Choice of forum. (a) If a claim under the common or statutory law of another
state, the United States, or a foreign country or under international treaty for death or
injury to person or damage to property arises against a manufacturer out of an accident
that occurred outside this state, such claim may be brought in the courts of this state in
any county in which jurisdiction of the defendant can be legally obtained in the same manner
in which jurisdiction could have been obtained if the claim had arisen in this state. (b)

Commissioner-certified law enforcement officer employed by a law enforcement agency who is
specifically selected and specially trained for the school setting. (i) The term "public
school" as used in this section applies only to a school composed of grades K-12 and

Section 22-17A-2 Parental consent required for minors; intoxicated, etc., individuals. (a)
An individual shall not tattoo, brand, or perform body piercing on another individual or a
minor unless the individual obtains the prior written informed consent of the parent or legal
guardian of the minor. The parent or legal guardian of the minor shall execute the written
informed consent required under this subsection in the presence of the individual performing
the tattooing, branding, or body piercing on the minor or in the presence of an employee or
