Section 26-1A-102 Definitions. In this chapter: (1) "Agent" means a person
granted authority to act for a principal under a power of attorney, whether denominated an
agent, attorney-in-fact, or otherwise. The term includes an original agent, co-agent, successor
agent, and a person to which an agent's authority is delegated. (2) "Durable," with
respect to a power of attorney, means not terminated by the principal's incapacity. (3) "Electronic"
means relating to technology having electrical, digital, magnetic, wireless, optical, electromagnetic,

Section 41-16-5 Public contracts with entities engaging in certain boycotting activities.
(a) For the purposes of this section, the following terms shall have the following
meanings: (1) BOYCOTT. To blacklist, divest from, or otherwise refuse to deal with a person

of human trafficking in the first degree if: (1) He or she knowingly subjects another person
to labor servitude or sexual servitude. (2) He or she knowingly obtains, recruits, entices,
solicits, induces, threatens, isolates, harbors, holds, restrains, transports, provides, or
maintains any minor for the purpose of causing a minor to engage in sexual servitude. (3)
He or she knowingly gives monetary consideration or any other thing of value to engage in
