Section 41-9-630 Furnishing of other identifying data to Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency by criminal justice agencies. (a) All persons in charge of criminal justice agencies in this state shall furnish ALEA with any other identifying data required in accordance with guidelines established by the commission.
