Section 31-6-2 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them by this section: (1) ARMED FORCES. Such term shall include the United States Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard, and such term shall also include the units of those branches of the services having women troops. It shall also include the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard Nurse Corps. (2) HUSBAND. Such term shall mean spouse. (3) TUITION. Fees for instruction. (4) TUITION AND FEES. Section 26-17-102 Definitions. In this chapter: (1) "Acknowledged father" means a man who has established a father-child relationship under Article 3. (2) "Adjudicated father" means a man who has been adjudicated by a court of competent jurisdiction to be the father of a child.
