Section 5-13B-5 Required application. (a) A company that proposes to make an acquisition under
this article shall: (1) File with the superintendent a copy of the application that such company
has filed with the responsible federal bank supervisory agency together with such additional
information as the superintendent may prescribe; and (2) Pay to the superintendent the application
fee, if any, prescribed by the superintendent. (b) To the extent consistent with the effective

Section 27-27-43 Mutualization of stock insurers. (a) A stock insurer other than a title insurer
may become a mutual insurer under such plan and procedure as may be approved by the commissioner

company - Procedure for exchange. A plan of exchange shall be adopted and become effective

Section 5-13B-91 Representative office - Factors for approval of application. (a) A foreign
bank making an application for a license to establish and maintain an Alabama representative
office shall deliver to the superintendent two, or more as the superintendent may require
