Section 13A-9-150 Public assistance fraud; penalties. (a) For the purposes of this section,
public assistance means money or property provided directly or indirectly to eligible persons
through programs of the federal government, the state, or any political subdivision thereof,
including any program administered by a public housing authority. (b) It shall be unlawful

Section 34-25B-22 Violations. (a) The following acts when committed by an individual licensed
as a private investigator in Alabama shall constitute a violation punishable as a Class A
misdemeanor: (1) To knowingly make a material misrepresentation as to the ability of the individual

Neither the superintendent, any member of the Banking Board, nor any bank examiner or other

Section 25-2-25 Penalties for violations of chapter or rules or regulations of board of appeals;
false statements under oath. Any person who violates or fails or refuses to comply with any
