Section 5-11A-5 Deposit of security for operation of trust business - Amount required and form; charges against deposit. When used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section: (1) COMMISSION or SECURITIES COMMISSION.
