Section 16-13A-6 Required reports. (a) The State Board of Education shall by regulation provide for various financial and other information which local superintendents of education shall have prepared for the local boards of education, including, but not limited to, the following: (1) A monthly financial statement showing the financial status of the local board of education accounts with itemized categories specified by the State Board of Education. (2) A monthly report showing all receipts and the sources thereof. (3) A monthly report showing all expenditures with itemized categories specified by the State Board of Education. (a) In addition to the other powers conferred by state law, a licensing board shall have the authority to do all of the following: (1) Take adverse action against the multistate licensure privilege of a nurse to practice within that party state. a. Section 5-2A-20 Assessment of banks - When payable; amount; disposition of revenue. Each bank shall on the call of the superintendent pay to the State Banking Department an assessment fee based on the total resources of the bank as may be shown by its last report to the State Banking Department. The rate of such assessment shall be in an amount fixed by the superintendent and approved by the Banking Board and the assessment may be made more frequently than annually.
