Section 45-37A-54.66 Sunday activities; ordinance procedures. It shall not be unlawful for
the authority to conduct, operate, manage, or promote on Sunday any amusement or recreational
activity within the corporate powers of such authority, or for any other person to participate
or engage in such amusement or recreational activity on Sunday, if such amusement or recreational
activity is conducted or operated in a public park situated in the city and under the control
of such authority. All or any of such amusements or recreational activities on Sunday may
be prohibited by an ordinance adopted pursuant to this section. Any proposed ordinance prohibiting
all or any of such amusements or recreational activities may be submitted to the commission
or other governing body of the city by petition signed by at least 5,000 qualified electors

Section 37-6-7 Articles of incorporation - Amendment. A cooperative may amend its articles
of incorporation by complying with the following requirements: The proposed amendment shall
be first approved by the board of trustees and shall then be submitted to a vote of the members
at any annual or special meeting thereof, the notice of which shall set forth the proposed
amendment. The proposed amendment, with such changes as the members shall choose to make therein,
shall be deemed to be approved on the affirmative vote of not less than two thirds of those

Section 32-13-3 Authority to sell; notice; bill of sale; records; voiding of sale; title. (a)
A person, as defined in Section 40-12-240, in possession of a motor vehicle that is considered
an abandoned motor vehicle may sell the motor vehicle at a public auction. (b)(1) Notice of
the date, time, and place of the sale and a description of the motor vehicle to be sold, including
the year, make, model, and vehicle identification number, shall be given by publication once
a week for two successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the county in which
the sale is to be held, provided the vehicle is currently registered in the county. In counties

the building of bridges, causeways and other development work and relief work, the owner of
any lands in the State of Alabama abutting on tidelands, the title to which or control of

Section 10A-2A-10.22 Bylaw provisions relating to the election of directors. (a) Unless the
certificate of incorporation (i) specifically prohibits the adoption of a bylaw pursuant to
