Section 45-27A-31.08 Powers of authority. The authority shall have all of the following powers,
together with all powers incidental thereto or necessary to the discharge thereof in corporate

Section 19-4-1 Definitions. When used in this article, the following words and phrases shall

Section 8-6-2 Definitions. When used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires,
the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:
