Section 5-2A-45 Compensation of members. No person appointed as a member of the Banking Board shall receive any compensation for this service; except, that each appointed member of said Banking Board shall receive $50.00 per day and expenses as paid state employees for each day said Banking Board is in session. The compensation of the appointed members of the Banking Board shall be paid as earned by the State Treasurer on warrants drawn by the comptroller, in favor of each of them, which warrants are to be drawn on the certificate of the superintendent, which certificate shall certify that a meeting of said board was held, stating the time of meeting and stating the amount to which each member of the board is entitled.
