Section 44-2-10 Text of compact. The Interstate Compact for Juveniles is enacted into law and
entered into with all jurisdictions mutually adopting the compact in the form substantially
as follows: THE INTERSTATE COMPACT FOR JUVENILES Article I. Purpose. The compacting states
to this interstate compact recognize that each state is responsible for the proper supervision
or return of juveniles, delinquents and status offenders who are on probation or parole and
who have absconded, escaped or run away from supervision and control and in so doing have
endangered their own safety and the safety of others. The compacting states also recognize
that each state is responsible for the safe return of juveniles who have run away from home
and in doing so have left their state of residence. The compacting states also recognize that
Congress, by enacting the Crime Control Act, 4 U.S.C. Section 112 (1965), has authorized and

Section 5-26-10 Continuing education for mortgage loan originators. (1) In general. In order
to meet the annual continuing education requirements referred to in Section 5-26-9(1)(b),
a licensed mortgage loan originator shall complete at least eight hours of education approved
in accordance with subsection (2), which shall include at least: (a) Three hours of federal
law and regulations; (b) Two hours of ethics, which shall include instruction on fraud, consumer
protection, and fair lending issues; and (c) Two hours of training related to lending standards
for the nontraditional mortgage product marketplace. (2) Approved educational courses. For

Section 5-26-5 State license and registration application and issuance. (1) Application form.
Applicants for a license shall apply in a form as prescribed by the supervisor. Each such
form shall contain content as set forth by rule, regulation, instruction, or procedure of
the supervisor and may be changed or updated as necessary by the supervisor in order to carry
out the purposes of this chapter. (2) License fee. Each application shall be filed with an

Section 22-4B-3 Loans for nursing degree - Eligibility - Contract - Cancellation of loan -
Recovery of unpaid balance. (a) Within the limits of the funds appropriated for or otherwise
available to the loan program, the board shall be authorized to grant to each applicant deemed
by the board to be qualified, a loan for the purposes of acquiring a nursing degree as defined
in Section 22-4B-1, upon such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the board and as provided

Section 24-1A-42 Definitions. As used in this article, the following terms shall have the following
meanings: (1) ALABAMA HOME BUYERS INITIATIVE. A program that includes a conventional mortgage

Section 5-26-13 Enforcement authorities, violations, and penalties. (1) In order to ensure
the effective supervision and enforcement of this chapter the supervisor may: (a) Deny, suspend,
