adoption of bylaws. (a) The Alabama Firefighters' Personnel Standards and Education Commission
shall consist of seven members, each of whom shall be a qualified elector of the state who
is over the age of 18 years. The Professional Firefighters Association of Alabama shall nominate
one certified firefighter to serve for a term of four years; the Alabama Firefighter's Association
shall nominate one certified firefighter to serve for a term of four years; the Alabama Association

Section 33-2-8 General provisions relative to inland waterways improvement bonds and temporary
loans. In order to provide funds for the purposes herein authorized, the Governor is hereby
empowered to execute, with the concurrence of the director of state docks, and to sell the
state's bonds in such amounts, not exceeding in the aggregate the sum of $3,000,000.00 as

Section 34-21-2 Board of Nursing generally. (a) There is created the Board of Nursing, which
shall be composed of 13 members to be appointed and have the duties and powers enumerated
