Section 5-19-29 Injunctions. (a) The administrator may bring an action to restrain a
creditor or a person acting in his behalf from engaging in any business subject to licensing
under subsection (a) of Section 5-19-22 without first obtaining a license therefor
as provided in Section 5-19-22 and a licensee or any person acting in his behalf from
engaging in violations of this chapter or engaging in a course of fraudulent or unconscionable
conduct in inducing debtors to enter credit transactions or in the collection of debts. (b)
With respect to an action brought to enjoin violations of the chapter or fraudulent or unconscionable
conduct, the administrator may apply to the court for appropriate temporary relief against
a defendant, pending final determination of the proceedings. If the court finds, after a hearing

Section 22-24-7 Well driller's license - Refusal, suspension or revocation. (a) A license
may be refused or a license duly issued may be suspended or revoked, or the renewal thereof
refused by the board, if, after notice and hearing as provided in this section, it

Section 36-25A-9 Enforcement; hearings; penalties and remedies. (a) This chapter is
designed and intended to hold members of governmental bodies, and the bodies themselves, accountable

action as outlined in subsection (b) whenever it shall be established to the satisfaction

Section 11-65-22 Acquisition of interest in horse racing facility licensee or operator.
(a) A disqualified person may not acquire or hold an interest in a horse racing facility licensee
or an operator. A commission may require that a disqualified person dispose of its interest
in a horse racing facility licensee or an operator within a reasonable period of time provided
that (i) the commission shall determine at a hearing that the owner of such interest is a
disqualified person and (ii) the person who is alleged to be a disqualified person shall receive
