Within 10 days after a home solicitation sale has been cancelled or an offer to purchase revoked, the seller must tender to the buyer any payments made or goods traded in by the buyer, or the amount equal to the trade-in allowance stated in the agreement, and any note or other evidence of debt. Within a reasonable time thereafter the buyer, upon demand, must tender at the buyer's residence to the seller any goods delivered by the seller. If the seller fails to demand such possession within 20 days after receipt of the notice, the goods become the property of the buyer without obligation to pay for them. (c) The provisions of this section shall not apply if the buyer furnishes the seller with a separate dated and signed personal statement describing an emergency requiring immediate remedy and modifying or waiving his right to cancel. (1) Tender of delivery requires that the seller put and hold conforming goods at the buyer's disposition and give the buyer any notification reasonably necessary to enable him to take delivery.
