Section 44-2-10 Text of compact. The Interstate Compact for Juveniles is enacted into law and entered into with all jurisdictions mutually adopting the compact in the form substantially as follows: THE INTERSTATE COMPACT FOR JUVENILES Article I. Purpose. The compacting states to this interstate compact recognize that each state is responsible for the proper supervision or return of juveniles, delinquents and status offenders who are on probation or parole and who have absconded, escaped or run away from supervision and control and in so doing have endangered their own safety and the safety of others. The compacting states also recognize that each state is responsible for the safe return of juveniles who have run away from home and in doing so have left their state of residence. The State of Alabama hereby agrees to the following interstate compact known as the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact: ARTICLE I. PURPOSES. Section 25-4-78 Disqualifications for benefits. An individual shall be disqualified for total or partial unemployment for any of the following: (1) LABOR DISPUTE IN PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT. For any week in which an individual's total or partial unemployment is directly due to a labor dispute still in active progress in the establishment in which he or she is or was last employed. Section 5-17-19 Insurance and reserves. (a) Every credit union shall set aside such regular reserves as are required to be set aside by the credit union in order to maintain insurance of member accounts under the provisions of Title II of the Federal Credit Union Act. Additionally, any credit union may be required by the Administrator of the Alabama Credit Union Administration to maintain any special reserves which the administrator finds are necessary under the particular circumstances to protect the interests of the members. (a) For the purposes of this chapter, both a natural person credit union and a corporate credit union are considered a credit union unless otherwise indicated.
