Section 41-23-195 Advisory committee - Membership. (a) There is created the Alabama Public Transportation Fund Advisory Committee for the purpose of advising the director and staff of the department with respect to the administration of the trust fund; provided, however, all decisionmaking authority remains with the department. (b) The advisory committee shall consist of the following members: (1) A member of the House of Representatives appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives. The Interstate Compact for Juveniles is enacted into law and entered into with all jurisdictions mutually adopting the compact in the form substantially as follows: THE INTERSTATE COMPACT FOR JUVENILES Article I. Purpose. Section 5-17-22 Merger and conversion procedures. Any credit union, with the approval of the Administrator of the Alabama Credit Union Administration, may merge with another credit union, under the existing certificate of organization of the other credit union, pursuant to any plan agreed upon by the majority of each board of directors of each credit union joining in the merger. Section 5-17-10 Election of board of directors, credit committee, and supervisory committee. At the annual meeting (the organization meeting shall be the first annual meeting), members of the credit union shall elect a board of directors of not less than five members, may elect a credit committee of not less than three members, and shall elect a supervisory committee of not less than three members, all to hold office for such terms respectively as the bylaws provide and until successors qualify.
