Section 16-26A-4 Board of directors generally. (a) There is hereby created a board of directors
for the school, sometimes hereinafter referred to as the "board." The board shall
be composed of 21 members as follows: (1) The State Department of Education assistant state
superintendent in charge of curriculum development, or his or her designee. (2) The Chancellor
of the University of Alabama System, or his or her designee. (3) The President of Auburn University,

Section 27-29-4 Registration of insurers. (a)(1) Every insurer which is authorized to do business
in this state and which is a member of an insurance holding company system shall register
with the commissioner, except a foreign insurer subject to registration requirements and standards

Section 28-3A-23 Regulation of grant of licenses. (a) No license prescribed in this code shall
be issued or renewed until the provisions of this code have been complied with and the filing
and license fees other than those levied by a municipality are paid to the board. (b) Licenses

Section 34-13-23 Officers; rulemaking authority; compensation; executive director; disposition
of funds. (a)(1) The board appointed under this chapter and each successor thereto is authorized
to select from its own membership a chair and to adopt and promulgate such rules and regulations
