suspend or revoke the match permit or the license of any specific boxer, bare knuckle boxer,
wrestler, or mixed martial arts competitor should it be determined by such person that the
continuation of the match, contest, or exhibition of professional boxing, professional bare

martial arts may jeopardize the health, welfare, morals, or safety of the citizens of this
state or may jeopardize the health or personal safety of any participant of the match,
