Section 9-15-42 Sales of school lands - Issuance of patents to purchasers. All persons purchasing said lands shall be entitled to a patent to said lands, and the Governor of Alabama, if he deems advisable, when presented with the approval of the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources and the State Superintendent of Education shall cause patents to be issued to those purchasing said lands. Section 16-16-14 Use of bond proceeds for loans to local boards of education. The proceeds derived from the sale of any bonds issued pursuant to subsection (b) of Section 3 of Act 98-373 shall be deposited in the State Treasury and shall be carried in a separate fund therein for the account of the authority, which shall pay therefrom the expenses of issuance thereof. Section 16-24C-10 Termination upon revocation of teaching certificate; effect of convictions.
