Section 22-13-35 Liability under article. (a) No person shall have any claim or cause of action against the State of Alabama, or its political subdivisions, or any individual arising out of any acts or omissions which occurred under the provisions of this article, if the state, political subdivisions, or individual is in compliance with this article. Section 9-11-143 Use of commercial fishing gear in public impounded waters and navigable streams - License - Issuance; fees; records; disposition of fees. (a) If any statement in an application for registration or a statement of foreign limited liability partnership was false when made or any arrangements or other facts described have changed, making the application for registration or statement of foreign limited liability partnership, as applicable, inaccurate in any respect, the foreign entity shall file with the Secretary of State an amendment correcting the false or inaccurate statement.
