Section 16-18B-2 Definitions. Where used in this article the following words and terms shall be given the following respective meanings unless the context hereof clearly indicates otherwise: (1) AMENDMENT. The amendment to the constitution of the state authorizing the issuance of the bonds. (2) CORPORATION. The public corporation authorized to be created by this article. (3) BOARD OF DIRECTORS. The board of directors of the corporation. (4) BONDS. The bonds issued under this article. (5) CODE. The Code of Alabama 1975, as amended. (6) GOVERNMENT SECURITIES. Section 34-27-6 Real estate courses and schools. (a) For purposes of this section and rules adopted pursuant thereto, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) ADMINISTRATOR. A person designated by a principal school or branch school and approved by the commission to be the person responsible to the commission for all acts governed by this chapter and applicable rules which govern the operation of schools. (a) Applications for original license, renewal license, and examinations shall be made in writing to the board on forms approved by the board.
