Section 5-13B-111 Asset maintenance. Section 40-27-1 Compact adopted; terms. The following Multistate Tax Compact is hereby approved, adopted and enacted into law by the State of Alabama: Multistate Tax Compact Article I. Purposes. Section 8-19A-10 Financial requirements. (a) An application filed pursuant to Section 8-19A-5 shall be accompanied by: (1) A bond executed by a corporate surety approved by the division and licensed to do business in this state. (2) An irrevocable letter of credit issued for the benefit of the applicant by a bank whose deposits are insured by an agency of the federal government.
