Section 34-9-6.1 Mobile dental facilities or portable dental operations. (a) For purposes of this section, the following words have the following meanings: (1) DENTAL HOME. The dental home is the ongoing relationship between the dentist and the patient, inclusive of all aspects of oral health care, delivered in a comprehensive, continuously accessible, coordinated, and family-centered way. (2) MOBILE DENTAL FACILITY. Any self-contained facility in which dentistry or dental hygiene is practiced which may be moved, towed, or transported from one location to another. (3) OPERATOR. A person licensed to practice dentistry in this state or an entity which is approved as tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code which employs dentists licensed in the state to operate a mobile dental facility or portable dental operation. Section 40-7-25.1 Current use value of Class III property - Definition; appraisal of property at request of owner; legislative intent; applicability of section; method of valuation; factors considered in appraisal; rules and regulations of Department of Revenue; hearing objections. (a) For ad valorem tax years beginning on and after October 1, 1978, with respect to taxable property defined in Section 40-8-1, as amended, as Class III property and upon request by the owner of such property as hereinafter provided, the assessor shall base his appraisal of the value of such property on its current use on October 1 in any taxable year and not on its fair and reasonable market value. Section 41-10-626 Bonds of the authority. (a) General. The authority is authorized from time to time to sell and issue its bonds in limited amounts and for the purpose of promoting economic development and industrial recruitment as specified by the Legislature from time to time by separate act, provided that refunding bonds may be issued by the authority pursuant to Section 41-10-627 without first obtaining separate authorization from the Legislature. Section 5-2A-20 Assessment of banks - When payable; amount; disposition of revenue. Each bank shall on the call of the superintendent pay to the State Banking Department an assessment fee based on the total resources of the bank as may be shown by its last report to the State Banking Department.
