Section 9-12-119 Issuance of licenses - Fees of issuing authorities. Judges of probate and other persons authorized and designated to issue licenses shall charge for each license issued under the provisions of this article $1.00 in addition to the prescribed cost for each license issued, which amount shall cover services required by the provisions of this article, and shall remit the balance to the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources to the credit of the Marine Resources Fund on the first of each month.
