Section 5-11A-11 Interest on bonds or securities deposited with Treasurer payable to trust companies. The interest falling due from time to time on bonds or other securities on deposit with the State Treasurer in accordance with Section 5-11A-5 shall be payable to the corporation depositing such bonds or other securities, and the Treasurer may send to such corporation a reasonable time before each interest period the coupons or interest note representing the interest to become due at such interest period. Section 39-2-12 Partial and final payments of contractors by awarding authorities. (a) As used in this section the following words shall have the meanings ascribed to them as follows: (1) CONTRACTOR. Any natural person, partnership, company, firm, corporation, association, limited liability company, cooperative, or other legal entity licensed by the Alabama State Licensing Board for General Contractors.
