Industrial School - Donations and endowment funds. In order to make provision for the proper
preservation and application of donations from private sources by gift, devise or otherwise,
heretofore made to the board of trustees of the Alabama Boys Industrial School, the board
of trustees of the Alabama Training School for Girls or the board of trustees of the Alabama
Industrial School for the uses and purposes intended by the private donors and in order to
encourage future donations from private sources by way of gift, devise or otherwise to said

Section 5-3A-1 Required times; items to be examined; applicability to bank holding companies
and affiliates. (a) For purposes of this section, a bank holding company is a holding company
organized under the laws of Alabama or another state in the United States that directly owns

of duties. (a) There is created the Alabama Community College System as a body corporate under
the name of the Alabama Community College System, which shall replace and succeed to the duties
of the Department of Postsecondary Education and shall operate a system of community and technical

Section 19-4-40 Definitions. When used in this article, the following words and phrases shall
