Section 45-8-240.31 Delinquent taxes statement; list of delinquent properties; newspaper
notice; trial and decree of sale; fees; reports. (a) After the first day of January, the Tax
Collector of Calhoun County shall mail a statement to all delinquent taxpayers addressed to
the party in whose name the property was assessed, showing a brief description of the property,
and the amount of taxes, fees, and cost due. It shall be the duty of such party to pay the
taxes and fees assessed and charged against the property. The failure to comply with the requirement
of this section, or the failure to receive the statement shall not invalidate a sale
of the property for taxes, nor invalidate the title of any property sold for taxes. (b)(1)
Within the time allowed by law, it shall be the duty of the tax collector to furnish the judge
of probate a list of all property on which the entire amount of taxes have not been paid,
which list shall show the name of the person to whom the property was...

Section 9-9-40 Bonds - Remedies and proceedings upon default. (a) If any installment
of principal and interest evidenced by any bonds issued under the provisions of this article
shall not be paid at the time and in the manner when the same shall become due and payable,
the same shall bear interest at the rate of eight percent per annum until paid, and if such
default shall continue for a period of 60 days, the holder or holders of such bond or bonds

Section 45-36-252.06 Bonds of the authority; obligations. (a) In addition to all other
powers now or hereafter granted by law, the authority shall have the following powers, together
with all powers incidental thereto or necessary to the discharge thereof in corporate form:

Section 40-17-329 Exemptions. (a) Unless otherwise provided for in this subsection,
sales of motor fuel to the following are exempt from the tax levied by subsection (a) of Section
40-17-325 and shall not be paid at the rack: (1) All motor fuel exported from this state for
which proof of export is available in the form of a terminal issued destination state shipping
document that is a. exported by a supplier who is licensed in the destination state or b.
is sold by a supplier to a licensed exporter for immediate export to a state for which the
applicable destination state motor fuel excise tax has been collected by the supplier who
