Section 45-9-230.01 Salary increase. The Sheriff of Chambers County shall be entitled to receive a salary increase in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to be added to his or her existing base salary. The additional increase shall become effective with the sheriff's 2019 term of office. This increase shall be paid out of the county general fund.
