Section 45-37-22.03 Lawful activities upon affirmative vote. If a majority of the voters voting
in any election held pursuant to this part vote ''Yes'', then, upon the proper certification
and declaration of the results of such election, it shall be legal, on each Sunday during
the two-hour period between 12:00 o'clock midnight of the preceding Saturday and 2:00 o'clock,
A.M., and for the remainder of Sunday after 12:00 o'clock noon, but not between the hours

Section 11-65-20 Terms of operator's license. (a) An operator's license issued under this chapter,
whether for horse racing and pari-mutuel wagering thereon or for greyhound racing and pari-mutuel
wagering thereon, shall be for an initial period of 20 years, but shall be subject to renewal
as provided in this section. A commission shall have no power to modify the terms of an operator's
license, once issued, without the prior written consent of the holder of such license. An
operator's license shall be reviewed annually, but such license shall be revocable by the

Section 45-9-232 Records; storage; sale at auction; disposition of funds. (a)(1) In Chambers
County, the sheriff shall keep and maintain a permanent record of all abandoned and stolen
personal property recovered by the sheriff's department. The records shall state the description
of the property, the date of recovery of the property, the serial or other identifying number
of the property, and the place of recovery of the property. The records shall be open to public
