Section 45-8A-111.08 Powers of authority. Section 24-3-2 Authority to plan and undertake urban renewal projects; limitations on eminent domain. (a) In addition to its authority under this title, any housing authority created under this title is hereby authorized to plan and undertake urban renewal projects.
