Section 45-14A-10 Sale of draft or keg beer. The Ashland City Council, by ordinance, may permit
the sale of draft or keg beer by retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board
for on-premises consumption and for off-premises consumption. Beer sold for off-premises consumption
may not exceed 288 ounces per customer per day which must be sealed, labeled, packaged, and
taxed in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations. The city council, by ordinance,
may otherwise regulate the sale of draft or keg beer by retail licensees of the Alcoholic

apply to the regulation of the sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages in the City of

Section 28-3A-3 Authority of board to issue licenses to engage in alcoholic beverage transactions.
(a) Subject to the provisions of this chapter and regulations promulgated thereunder, the

Section 28-3A-6 Manufacturer licensing and requirements; tastings or samplings; charitable
event donations. (a) Upon applicant's compliance with this chapter and the rules adopted under
this chapter, the board shall issue to applicant a manufacturer license which shall authorize
the licensee to manufacture or otherwise distill, produce, ferment, brew, bottle, rectify,

Section 28-4A-3 Brewpub licensing and requirements; conditions. (a) In addition to the licenses
authorized to be issued and renewed by the board pursuant to the Alcoholic Beverage Licensing
Code codified as Chapter 3A of this title, the board, upon applicant's compliance with this
