Section 45-8A-111.12 Notice of bond resolution. (a) Upon the adoption by the board of the authority
of any resolution providing for the issuance of bonds, such authority may, in its discretion,
cause to be published once a week for two consecutive weeks, in a newspaper published or having

Section 45-37-91.01 Definitions. The following words and terms, as used in this part, shall
have the meanings hereby ascribed to them: (1) BOARD. The board of directors of the authority.

Section 45-37A-54.63 Board of directors. Such authority formed under this subpart shall constitute
a public benefit agency of the State of Alabama and shall have a board of directors of nine
members selected as herein provided. Such board of directors shall constitute the governing
body of the authority. The members of the board of directors shall serve without compensation,
