Section 45-8-71.01 Development or disposal of Fort McClellan property. (a) Calhoun County,
Alabama, may take title as a result of conveyance from the federal government to any property
within the current boundaries of Fort McClellan in Calhoun County, Alabama, for purposes of
developing or redeveloping and disposal of the property according to plans and policies established
by the Fort McClellan Development Commission provided for in Act 97-274 of the 1997 Regular
Session and hereinafter referred to as the FMDC. The county commission shall administer all
funds and fiscal operations associated with the development and redevelopment and disposal
of the property and shall be reimbursed from the funds for actual expenses associated with
administering the fiscal operations, and shall receive all amounts allowed, pursuant to any

Section 45-8A-112.10 Register of persons eligible and available for appointment. The board
shall make and keep a roster of all persons eligible and available for appointment to each
class of positions in the service of the city, ranked according to ability, except that no
examination shall be given and no roster kept for positions to be filled by persons designated
by the board as common laborers. Layoffs available for reemployment shall be placed at the
head of the proper present and subsequent eligible rosters in the inverse order of their terminations.
Employees who voluntarily terminate their services may be granted reemployment status under

Section 8-16-6 Duties generally of commissioner respecting weights and measures. With respect
to weights and measures, the Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries shall have the following

Section 36-29-19.7 Retiree contribution based on years of service. (a) The board shall set
forth the employer contribution to the health insurance premium for each retiree class. (b)
For employees who retire other than for disability after September 30, 2005, but before January
1, 2012, the employer contribution to the health insurance premium set forth by the board
for each retiree class shall be reduced by two percent for each year of service less than
25 and increased by two percent for each year of service over 25, subject to adjustment by
the board for changes in Medicare premium costs required to be paid by a retiree. In no case
