Section 33-5-55 Reports; disposition of funds. At the close of business on Monday of each week,
when any application has been received, the judge of probate receiving the application shall
prepare a report upon a form which shall be provided by the Director of Public Safety. One
copy of the report, together with all applications received, shall be forwarded to the Director
of Public Safety and one copy shall be retained by the judge of probate. On the tenth day
of every month, the judge of probate shall prepare a report showing the number of applications
received and the amount of fees received during the previous calendar month; provided, that
the report shall be prepared on the twentieth day in October, November, and December. One

Section 36-20-70 Appointment and commissioning; terms; jurisdiction; fees and reports of judge
of probate. (a) A competent number of notaries public for the state at large shall be appointed
and commissioned by the judges of probate of the several counties of the state and shall hold
office for four years from the date of their commission. Notaries public shall perform all
the acts and exercise all authority under the general laws of the State of Alabama. The jurisdiction
of the notaries public shall not be limited to the counties of their residence and shall extend

Section 45-15-80.11 Drug and violent crime reduction fee. (a) In addition to all other fees
and court costs, in all juvenile, traffic, criminal, and quasi-criminal cases in the juvenile,
district, and circuit courts in Cleburne County, a docket fee in the amount of five dollars
($5), hereinafter referred to as a drug and violent crime reduction fee, shall be assessed

Section 45-28-210 Motor vehicle user fee. (a) In Etowah County, in addition to all other charges,
costs, taxes, or fees levied by law on the issuance of all motor vehicle license tags for

Section 45-45-80 Administrative fees. (a) The Madison County Work Release and Pre-Trial Release
Commission may establish administrative fees to fund alternative sentencing programs, educational
programs, intervention programs, treatment programs, and other programs to serve the courts
