Section 45-15-82.33 Additional fees - Marriage license; petition for adoption. (a) In addition to all other costs, fees, and charges assessed pursuant to current applicable law in the Probate Court of Cleburne County, a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25) shall be charged and collected for each marriage license and for each petition for adoption filed in the probate court. The additional fee shall be collected in the probate office, at the time of the filing of an application for marriage license or petition for adoption.
