Section 45-8-150.04 Bingo games - Types of permits; prizes. (a) The maximum amount given away at any one bingo session shall be the determination of the governing body issuing the permit. The governing body of the jurisdiction in which bingo is conducted by a permit holder may, for good cause shown, revoke any permit if the permit holder or any officer, director, agent, member, or employee of the permit holder violates this article or rule promulgated pursuant to this article. Section 45-8-150.07 Bingo games - Charitable or educational purposes of proceeds. (a) All of the net proceeds of a bingo game shall be designated and expended for charitable or educational purposes.
