Section 5-7A-22 Conversion of national bank, etc., into state bank - Powers and duties of bank,
stockholders, officers, etc., upon issuance of certificate. (a) When the superintendent has
given to such bank a certificate that the provisions of this article have been complied with,

Section 36-30-20 Definitions. When used in this article, the following terms shall have the
following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) BENEFIT.

Section 45-2-61.06 Responsibility to certify deaths. If after conducting a coroner's investigation
of a death, the Baldwin County Coroner or the designated deputy coroner is satisfied that
the death was not caused by a criminal act or omission, that there are no suspicious circumstances
about the death, that the law enforcement agency of the jurisdiction has no questions about
the death, and that he or she knows to a reasonable certainty the cause of death, then he
or she or the designated deputy coroner may execute a death certificate in the form required

Section 32-6-3 Examination prior to application for license or renewal. (a) Every person who
applies for an initial Alabama driver's license issued by the Department of Public Safety
under this article shall be given and successfully pass an examination before the issuance

Section 45-23-170 Board of Health fees. (a) The Board of Health of Dale County may fix a schedule
of fees which shall cover the actual cost or a portion thereof involved in the performance
of services rendered pursuant to the duties, functions, and programs required by law or regulation
of the county or State Board of Health. (b) The Dale County Board of Health is authorized
to promulgate rules and regulations necessary for the administration of this section. Such
regulations shall include, but not be limited to, the furnishing of services without charge

Any physician who diagnoses or treats a case of active tuberculosis, the administrator of
any hospital, dispensary, correctional facility or other institution in which there is a case
of active tuberculosis, the person in charge of any laboratory performing a positive test
for active or suspected active tuberculosis, and pharmacist dispensing anti-tuberculosis medication
shall report this information to the State Health Officer, the county health officer, or their

Child Death Review Team, referred to in this article as the state team. (b) The state team
