Section 45-10-60.03 Expense allowance; salary. (a) The coroner of Cherokee County shall be
entitled to an additional expense allowance so that the total compensation of the coroner
including expense allowances and salary equals thirteen thousand five hundred dollars ($13,500)
per year payable from the general fund of the county. (b) Effective beginning the next term
of office of the coroner beginning after May 22, 2019, subject to subsection (c), the annual
salary of the coroner shall be thirteen thousand five hundred dollars ($13,500) per year payable
from the general fund of the county and subsection (a) shall be repealed. (c) Effective beginning

Section 45-22-230 Deputy sheriffs. (a) Effective August 3, 1995, the Sheriff of Cullman County
shall receive an additional compensation of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) per annum.

Section 45-26-242.01 Expense allowance and salary of revenue commissioner; salary increases.
(a) Effective on July 1, 2020, the revenue commissioner shall receive an annual expense allowance
of sixteen thousand dollars ($16,000) per year payable in equal monthly installments from
the general fund of the county until September 30, 2021. The expense allowance shall be in
addition to all other compensation and benefits granted the revenue commissioner and may be

Section 17-3-5 Compensation and allowances for registrars; treatment as state employees. (a)
Each registrar shall receive a salary in the amount of eighty dollars ($80) per day for each
day's attendance upon business of the board, to be paid by the state and disbursed to the
county commissions and disbursed by the county commissions to each registrar on order of a
quorum of the board of registrars of the county. The state Comptroller shall issue to each
