Section 45-42-150.07 Bingo games - Filing of records; inspection. (a) On or before April
15, after this article has been in effect for one year, and on or before April 15 of each
calendar year thereafter, each permit holder shall file with the county commission a copy
of the records required in Section 45-42-150.06 relating to the operation of bingo

a bona fide member of the permitholder may not participate in the management of bingo. Persons
other than bona fide members of the permitholder may participate in the operation of bingo

Section 9-16-89 Performance bonds and bond releases. (a) After a surface coal mining
and reclamation permit application has been approved but before such a permit is issued, the
applicant shall file with the regulatory authority, on a form prescribed and furnished by
