Section 11-43C-9 Mayor - Elections held quadrennially; oath; may succeed himself. The mayor
shall qualify and take office in the manner herein prescribed. The regular election for mayor
shall be held quadrennially thereafter under the same rules and regulations and in the same
mode and manner herein provided. The mayor elected at such regular election shall qualify

Section 34-25B-4 Alabama Private Investigation Board - Creation; composition. (a) There is
created the Alabama Private Investigation Board. The membership of the board shall reflect
the racial, gender, geographic, urban and rural, and economic diversity of the state. (b)
