Section 45-49-81.21 Expense allowance - Circuit Court Clerk, Register, and Administrator of Estates. (a) The Mobile County Commission is hereby allowed, at their discretion, to pay the circuit court clerk, the County Administrator of Estates, and the Register of the Circuit Court of Mobile County, Alabama, Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, State of Alabama, an expense allowance in the amount of two hundred fifty dollars ($250) per month, beginning in 1984.
