Section 45-46-231.01 Service fee. (a) In addition to any other fees imposed by law, an additional fee of ten dollars ($10) shall be assessed for delivery by the sheriff of any summons or other pleadings filed in all civil and criminal cases in the circuit court or district court of the county. (b) The fee imposed by this section shall not be waived by any court unless all other fees, assessments, costs, fines, and charges associated with the case are waived.
