Section 45-14-80 Jail Repair Fund. (a) In Clay County, in addition to all other fees, there
shall be taxed as costs the sum of three dollars ($3) in each civil or quasi-civil action
at law, suit in equity, criminal case, quasi-criminal case, proceedings on a forfeited bail
bond or proceedings on a forfeited bond given in connection with an appeal from a judgment
or conviction in any inferior or municipal court of the county, in the Circuit Court of Clay

Section 45-27-81.02 Additional booking fee in certain cases. (a) In Escambia County, a booking
fee in the amount of thirty dollars ($30) shall be assessed against and collected from each
person booked or incarcerated into the Escambia County Detention Center and subsequently convicted.
The fee assessed pursuant to this section shall be in addition to any fines, court costs,

cases in the juvenile, district, circuit, and municipal courts in this state, a docket fee,
