Section 45-45-232.03 Service of process fee. (a) In addition to all existing charges, fees, judgments, and costs of court, the clerk, sheriff, or other appropriate court official in the civil division of the district and circuit courts of Madison County shall increase the fees by ten dollars ($10) for each subpoena served and by twenty dollars ($20) for all other documents served by the sheriff's office, or its designee. (b) The court official designated in Madison County by law for the respective courts shall collect the additional service of process fee designated in subsection (a) and remit the fees collected to the Madison County Commission General Fund for deposit in the county fund.
