Section 45-2-221.10 Historic development commission. A historic development commission with the following membership, duties, and powers may be created by the county commission. (a) The commission shall be composed of no less than 11 members who shall be selected by the county commission in such a manner as to serve overlapping terms. Except for the first members, their terms shall be four years. (b) The commission shall operate under a constitution as adopted by the commission and approved by the county commission. Section 45-35-244.04 Provisions of state use tax statutes applicable. (a) Unless otherwise provided for herein or where the context herein clearly indicates a different interpretation, the taxes levied by Section 45-35-244.03 shall be subject to all definitions, exceptions, proceedings, requirements, fines, punishments, and deductions that are applicable to the taxes levied by the state use tax statutes except where inapplicable or where herein otherwise provided including all provisions of the state use tax statutes for enforcement and collection of taxes.
